Even though the Bible is not a technology manual, it does not mean that it isn&#8217;t filled with technology references and foundational principles for governance.<\/li>\n<li>To be able to define what technology is and articulate its three basic functions first to then be able to define the concept of <em>ministerial technologies<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>To develop an ample vision of technology in the context of strategic planning and the mission of the Church.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"tab-pane \" id=\"tabtab1-1-839543649\" role=\"tabpanel\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<p><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"color: #66bee5;\">Coordinate<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.vladimirlugo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/coordinate.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-147\" src=\"http:\/\/www.vladimirlugo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/coordinate.jpg\" alt=\"Coordinar\" width=\"1060\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>There are three areas of coordination that allow the organization to, well, organize technology:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To review or create the organization&#8217;s strategic plan around the roles that technology will play to reach each of the\u00a0strategic goals.<\/li>\n<li>To establish an information technologies and an all-technologies services organizational structure based on the <strong><span style=\"color: #66bee3;\"><em>Ministerial Technologies Matrix\u2122,<\/em><\/span><\/strong> to manage the time, treasures and talent of the organization.<\/li>\n<li>To attain the strategic alignment of the organization&#8217;s use of technology in each of the five essential functions of ministry, as defined by\u00a0the matrix.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"tab-pane \" id=\"tabtab1-2-839543649\" role=\"tabpanel\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<p><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"color: #66bee5;\">Conduct<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.vladimirlugo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/conduct.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-148\" src=\"http:\/\/www.vladimirlugo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/conduct.jpg\" alt=\"Conducir\" width=\"1060\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Once the framework is in place, it is fully comprehended and fully established, the organization can move forward to improve its technology management approach:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To understand and apply sustainability and support principles needed to reach new levels of technological maturity as outlined in\u00a0their map.<\/li>\n<li>To implement a project management culture that could facilitate the implementation of every new technology initiative.<\/li>\n<li>To move the use of technology from its first two basic functions into its third, allowing the organization to become smarter through a system of feedback and learning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n\t\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I help churches and Christian organizations to comprehend, coordinate and conduct their technology initiatives by implementing the <span style=\"color: #66bee3;\"><strong><em>Ministerial Technologies Matrix\u2122<\/em><\/strong><\/span>. For this purpose, I have created a series of brainstorming and planning sessions, and a set of instruments that allow me to evaluate the current state of the organization in terms of its technological maturity, and create their <span style=\"color: #66bee3;\"><strong><em>Maturity Personalized\u00a0Map<\/em>\u2122<\/strong><\/span>. The map and the matrix allow the organization to reach their strategic goals through the implementation of ministerial technologies.<\/p>\n<p>The sessions are delivered via three seminars and six workshops. Seminars\u00a0have\u00a0a typical duration of one hour each and can be combined into one larger session. These ten sessions will result into the final map documentation. The map could translate into short, medium or long consulting engagements, depending on the specific needs of your church or organization.
